The wingtips of the cloud are inflated or battens ?
In your opinion could they build a 21m2 version of that smallish (in my opinion where i kite) 17m2 ?

True one pump indeed :pump:
The wingtips are inflated through the leading edge as you pump also,
as they're very rigid continuation of the LE once inflated.

I think the 21m would reach the diminish of no return principle IMO,
and might need to overcome the range, lesser upwind and higher bar pressure attributes,
which might show on the 21m Cloud in the mid to high end VS 21m Speed3.
The relaunch wouldn't be a problem since I did it 3 times today in seconds,
testing the 17m in a 7 to 9 mph winds :thumb:
The 21m turning speed and sailing downwind would be better than anything out there probably.

I think every multi-pumper must have been traumatized by the octopus.

Reliable and convenient, just like most one pumps out there. Hell, most are better! And when you consider the time you spend repairing a kite to the time you spend pumping it and packing it down, it's easy to see why multi-pump is doomed. Hoping against hope that kite manufacturers will turn back the clock and go against what sells kites is a bad bet to take. Might as well embrace the change, because it's as inevitable as the internet society leaving behind the octagenarians who don't believe in that new-fangled electric typin' box.
