Has Vietnam been swapped for Indo?
Would have thought Vn has the strongest winds in SEA and a certainty....
Never really considered Bintan as a kiting destination but I will look into it further now

On a side note... was in Banda Aceh last year in July and wind was strong as... 15 - 30 knots

Anyways good luck with it
