Where could I found new/used surf kiteboard in Puerto rico, I asked around Isabela, but only surfboards are in these area.

Ask around Ocean Park.
That is where the greatest concentration of kiters is on the island.
I'm sure you'll find one there.

Yeah there's a little shop to the right of Ocean Park if you are looking from the ocean. Nice guys, seem to have surfboards and a few kites, mostly lessons, but I'm sure they have some boards.
