North Orbit 2022 vs Airush Lift V2

Postby IDAVIS » Wed Apr 13, 2022 12:52 pm

Hi

i search a quiver for big air (kiteloops and jumps)

i am thinking betwen this 2 kites

North Orbit 2022 in 9m

Airush Lift V22 in 9m (or 8m)

any recomendation? which one has more hang time? more faster? more close loops?

i want the kites for riding for 25 to 35 knots in normaly gusty conditions, actually riding with airush razor, but i would like a kite with more hang time..

big thanks

Depending on your weight, 9m Orbit will cover that range easily by itself. At ~80kg, it would be the ideal range. At ~100kg I typically ride my 9m from 30-40kn. I can ride in 25kn, but it's not that fun.

I have not ridden the Lift to compare. From reviews it looks like a XR/Rebel/Edge equivalent rather than an Orbit. They also mentioned higher bar pressure whereas the Orbit is very light.
