I am going to Romania at the end of April. So, as it is very hard to find information about kite spots there, I would appreciate some information about best kite spots, wind and water in April. For me now it looks like that I will go to Mamaia, as some kiting spots are marked there. Maybe someone can share his/her experience?!

first, regular season in Romania starts at the beginning of May and the 2 schools&kitespots in Mamaia usually open in May.

Wind is not very strong so a big kite could save some days . Water is nor warm till mid June so a shorty or a ful suit will also be good.
Waves are medium size and no tides. Also no sea urchins and the beach is not crowded in April-May.

there are also some other spots where you can have some fun kiting as the wind could be different in the South than in North even if there's only 100 km distance.
