The valve has a factory problem ?

The truth is that I'm thinking of buying a used core kite, which is in really good condition but as the seller says the only problem is that the valve is cracked but there is no leak of air. So, maybe it's not leaking air today but who knows for tomorrow? If it has a crack, in the future can be expanded. Other brands are selling their valves through individual sellers and dealers. Core on the other hand does not sell this new valve even in the Core Store:

This is why I'm asking where someone can buy this valve. If I ask a dealer, he will communicate with the Core company and get one for me, but I guess this will take time and is not the same to know that replacement valves are sold in abundance in shops...

After sending and e-mail to Core, they replied super fast and they offer me a new replacement speed valve for FREE!!! I just sent them the Serial Number of the kite and my address. Only in few days I got the new valve in my hands!

I knew already that Core kites are one of the best with excellent quality, but now I know that Core has also excellent service!

I want to thank publicly Core company for their service!!!

(I forgot to mention that I bought the used kite that I referred in my previous post. This is my second Core kite.)
