I believe the answer is no. you cannot buy directly from the factory. But you can buy from the local ozone dealer. In theory he should have the best ability to give a good price as no international freight needs to be factored into the deal.

I'll be in Vietnam next January or March that's why I thought of dropping by Ozone's factory.

It's a French company. Well-known brand in paragliding. Good kites but expensive ones...

Ozone didn't treat the schools/importers too well that helped get their brand established so keep your eyes wide open.

Same experience in Canada. The wholesaler here played the euro exchange to his advantage killing the business. Then we found out he is selling retail on his own, until today. I am a little surprised to see another Canuck here still promoting Ozone. The kites on beach now mostly come from US outlets or the wholesaler himself. In Quebec is a bit different because of the French connection I guess.

I bought a couple ozones from a ozone dealer (Paul) in Mui Ne. Vietnam last year and saved quite a bit per kite compared to Ebay prices. Didn't go for the bar though. They are still about the same price and I just don't like the depower or release. If you're buying in Mui Ne, make sure you put in an order about a month before you buy the kite or you could be waiting.
