So theres a guy on a paraglider and a guy on the water with bar and lines, Who is controlling? i assuming its the guy on the water? so the guy in the paraglider is just there for the ride?

I think the guy on the water is along for the ride. he is kinda like an anchor to tether to so the paraglider can catch wind to stay up and not get pulled downwind. You can see the kiter is just kinda schlogging along, and the guy on the paraglider is steering.

Only until the guy in the water stops controlling the PG with his bar ; then
the guy on the PG can take-over the controls at any time.

Remember the Thread about how dangerous it is to tether
a kite to something then go Fly it ?
Kinda tells Ya how GOOD these two guys are with their equipment.

If you try this, there's a Good chance of killing the guy on the PG.
NOT something i would do !

Chris Muller did this same stunt 11 years ago ; still Really COOL to watch !!
