I dunno the answer, but can speculate based on my experience with the other sizes I'm actually interested in this too).

I think it will depend a little on what you are looking for. Park is more aggressive, ride has a little more steady power. For anything unhooked I would say Park, for more sheeting fun Ride. I would assume Park is faster turning, but once the kites get to a certain size the weight matters, and even if the Park only has one strut more than the Ride, it might affect it.

What was funny to me last season is that as much as I love my park, I ended up riding the 10 ride more. I think it was because I was practising strapless jumps, and the ease of use on the ride just makes more that more convenient. The ride also pulls less in the loops, which makes a difference for the strapless transitions with loops :-)
Using a TT i preferred the park for sure.
