Hi, guys!

My harness belt is showing serious wear now. It looks worse in reality, then on these photos, like 40% of its width already gone now.

Is there any way to fix it properly, without throwing out whole harness? What's best solution here? To put another belt and sew with old one?

Though not a difficult undertaking to repair consider the condition of the rest of the harness components first. I would suggest replacing all the webbing on your harness not just a stitch over. Stitching is easy with a hand awl which you can purchase for about $10. If you don't have the materials readily available in your area try http://www.sailrite.com/ they have always treated me well. They also have a good selection of products for kite repair.

what saildawg said. rip it out, put in new webbing with a hand awl (mine cost $25) it will be stronger than new.
