North bars work great on Naish kites... And have a useful swivel that you can actually reach!!!

I had a brief session on the 2014 8m Park this afternoon kiting in a winter storm front with moderate surf. As brief as my session was i give the new park a thumbs up for direct feel & response due in large i guess to no pulleys. The new bar is an improvement, the kite is stable, didn't feel more powerful than the 2013 Gen III but due to the direct feel & response the rider will be able to react and use the power faster, oh & it truns fast. Happy Days.

Any news about the official launch? It looks like they have been already shipped, but nothing online?

I have just seen on the webpage that there is another 4-line Bar: ATB Universal Control System.
Does this bar also fit to the Park? What are the differences in terms of depower and handling?
I don´t like the below the bar trim mechanism, but Naish told me last year that it was necessary to allow the full depower range for waveriding if you fully sheet out...
What do you think about the ATB bar vs. normal Universal Bar?
Thanks, Joerg

park-2011 vs 2012 vs 2013 and mabye early but 2014 in waves.
got the 2011 in 6-8 and the 2012 in 10m.. but think the 2012 is way to slow in turns.
