I had one like that last year with not quite as much tear along the leading edge which cost me about $120. I used Windfire designs. They were very reasonable and specific with their labor charges. As long as it is just the canopy, I think it is fairly simple. They told me that if it got into the leading edge it would have taken alot longer. Good luck getting it repaired.

Flip the kite over and I could tell you. If the tear strip saved ur canopy, The tear strip is the two inch dacron that connects to the LE) its 100-120. If its torn off flush w/ LE, u have to open the LE to fix it, and its around $150-200.

for reference, i got it repaired for €80 and was out on it the following afternoon
and again today. flies just as good and looks like it will last. result .
