New Youri Zoon Video: Forward - Chapter 1 - Setback

World Champion kiteboarding Youri Zoon and EyEFORcE productions present the trailer of their new project “FORWARD”.
FORWARD is the story about an athlete who fought his whole life to be the best kitesurfer in the world. When he finally won the world title in 2011, Youri Zoon found himself in a new place. What could possibly be his new goal? FORWARD gives an insider’s look of Youri’s battles throughout the year.
FORWARD will be broadcasted in three chapters. The webseries was shot during one month in Cape Town but also shows footage of Youri during the competitive season. In Cape Town, EyEFORcE was the first ever to film kiteboarding with a high speed camera. Shooting up to 1500 frames per second, the Phantom camera they used was able to capture the beauty of Youri’s style like never before.

In the first chapter of FORWARD, Youri Zoon has to deal with the weight of the world championship. Being in the best, but most challenging position in his career, he is confronted a major setback.
