Yep we are a school and shop, we do sell kites that we use but we only sell them because we use them, the school comes first when choosing the most suitable product. That is why we have tested everything on the market to find the best kites out there, for learning and easy re-launch there is nothing better than the Airush DNA/ Lithium. We also stock many other brands and also use them in the school but for the question that has been asked about easy re-launch, the Lithium is the winner.

But as has been stated by many others, all delta kites pop up off the water easily but some are just not as stable at the edge of the wind when bringing it all the way round and stall more easily.

So in the ozone range reo is easiest. Edge is hardest.
You are joking right? The Edge is easy as hell to relaunch.

Lithium and kahoonas, but in really light stuff nothing beats a flysurfer. The xr2 core are also really easy to relaunch. The worse, older bandit, the liquid force are also hard to relaunch. Epic renegades are pretty easy also.

I always tell the beginner to go for an easy relaunch kite, otherwise they lose all their energies and session time trying to relaunch a kite.

Zian Aquila & Kima (both models) relaunch pretty much by themselves. Maybe it helps that I pump my kites extra hard, a soft kite will deform when getting smacked around in the waves and I think thats true for any kite. Related thing is those Zian Aquilas (of which I have 3) are difficult to self land, 'cause they simply want to re-launch :o

I am very happy with my Gin Uru ... 10m and 14m.... very easy to relaunch ...
I think you will not see that much difference between newer models .... most bow and hybrid kites are well design for relaunching .... So far I never complained about my kites ..... and when wind drops and my kite is not able to relaunch all others are in the water too ....

North Rebels or any kite with a 5th line for that matter have excellent relaunch in light winds. That is one advantage of a 5th line: you can pull in on the center lines in light wind and roll the kite onto its back, making for a much easier relaunch in light winds.

Sorry to inform you that this relaunching video was not shot in only 5 knots of wind
