Amazing how stable kites can fly

Postby Toby » Sat May 04, 2013 10:21 am

yesterday at the Tam Challenge in Austria a rider lost his kite...and it flew for about 300 m at the same height...completely stable, same height, kite perfectly in the zenith...in front of the trees it went higher but then got stopped by it. Little cut, no one injured!

A kite kitesurfing on its own - no kiter required. Jump to 4 minutes if you don't want to see the science behind it.
