help to trim Naish Torch

Hello everybody,
I'm new here but a quite old kiter, started in 2006...
I have problem with my two last bought torch!
I have a torch 10m built in 2009, my feeling is very good with this kite,
then I bought torch 9m built in 2011 and 11m built in 2012,
but all these last I think they have problems...
The biggest problem is the back stall when I try to jump unhooked.
I measured the lines, and I have:
for 9m:
blue backline 24 m
red backline 23.90m
front line from the bottom of the chekenloop to the end of the line 24.47m

for 11 (I have the new bar):
blue backline 24.11 m
red backline 24.00m
front line from the bottom of the chekenloop to the end of the line 24.60m

for 10 (the kite with my best feeling):
blue backline 23.83 m
red backline 23.78m
front line from the bottom of the chekenloop to the end of the line 24.20m

Considering the trimming of the backline with the pigtail nodes I have about the average lenght,
so for 9 I have a difference of 57 cm
for 11 difference of 55 cm
for 10 difference 40 cm

I would like to know if exists a precise difference that must be between the front and back lines for Naish torch, or otherwise if there a method to setup the lines to remove the backstall...

That is the first thing then I will ask you some more hints...

you actually measured your lines??

while flying the kite simply adjust trim strap on your bar (in your case depower) to the point where too much backline tension when sheeted all the way in is no longer stalling your kite.

then if you want to adjust the tuning so that you can be sheeted all the way in while having your trim set to "full power" simply add that much length to your backline connection point on the kite (or subtract it from your front line connection point.

Try to attach the lines to something and stretch them equally. If the kite falls back too much you are oversheeting. The front and backlines should be same length.

Check the 5th too. It should not be too tight. When flying the kite sheet in and pull on the 5th. When the kite is up and you sheet in it shouldnflarenthe wingtip just slightly. The kite should sit back a bit but not backstall.

I like the 2012 way better than the 2011...and think it was a huge upgrade..

just today I tried to fix all the lines with a rope to a tree,
I gained a good result for the 9 bar,
I set the back lines at the last node in both pigtail,
then I pulled the backlines, now it seems the back are long like
the front,
the job for the 11 is not yet concluded, because I followed the same procedure,
last nodes in pigtail then i fixed all the lines at a big tree then I pulled, but not enought
to have the front same lenght as the back, the chicken loop did not enter perfectly in the
bar hole...it miss I think 4 cm more, I don't know if I could extent more the back...maybe could be
better to remove some cm from the front in some way?!?!?

I`d go extending back lines if I were you. Adding lenght to the bar pigtails looks much easier .
