It really is quite a difference in core workout though.
Using my seat harness I could do 5 hour sessions and feel fine, with the waist harness a 3 hour session will have me in pain for a few days.
Just wanted to make sure.

If it hurts too much probably it's not the harness for you, or you're wearin' it too tight.
Try other waist hrns with bigger and soft spreader pad, also check if the hook remains stable or move uplift.
