Hey guys!
Going to El Gouna in 2 weeks, and it turns out there are 4 different kitesurfing bases to choose from . Which one is the best if you are at an advanced level, wanna practise new tricks, and meet some nice people and chill? :)

Hi,

The 4 centers in Gouna are located near each so the spot in front of the center won't make a difference, I've took my first course in one of them (Red Sea Zone) and I enjoyed it.

Here are some links to my fav. centers:

I was there last autumn and stayed at the https://www.facebook.com/pages/Kiteboar ... 2790872594

I did check out the others to but if I go back to El Gouna I will be at the same center, no dubt! This center is furthest north and as therefore you have nothing limiting your riding up wind, they can be a bit pissed if you venture into the "other" centers territory, so at this center you have the moste space on the water. It is also the biggest center.

I'd also say that Kiteboarding Club is the best. Mainly because at low tide, when everywhere else in the lagoon is too shallow, there is a waist-shoulder deep area near the center which is good for practicing tricks. It is known as 'the pool'. However, it is only really use-able early in the morning as the center use it for teaching in and the instructors use it for practicing tricks. Still, a great place.
