BAR MANAGER/ANIMATOR POSITION

We are looking for a combined Bar Manager/Animator who will be responsible for the effective running of the beach bar and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining an exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism.

The Bar Manager/Animator will be responsible for:

• Being commercially aware in order to drive the business forward, working closely with the management and staff to maximize food and drink sales and revenue.
• Leading the staff team by example, motivating, inspiring and managing them to deliver the highest customer satisfaction.
• Managing effective stock control and cash control procedures according to company policy.
• Ensuring all stock is purchased in a timely manner and according to company policy.
• Ensuring the security, the opening and closing of the bar
• Creates and organizes animation program for our guests
• Integration with customers to include: additional activities such as movies nights, parties, events, low wind activities
• Ensuring the atmosphere among customers and taking care about PR
• Checks the running of activities
• Responsible to the management for the animation program

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Demonstrate a real passion for the job and the hospitality industry
• Have knowledge of liquor, food preparing and bar/restaurant managing experience
• Have experience of managing bar procedures for cash handling, stock control and purchasing.
• Be organized, motivated and hard working.
• Demonstrate financial awareness.
• Be an effective communicator with members, external customers, managers and directors of the Club
• Be creative and artistic
• Speak fluent English – other language will be seen as big advantage
