Hi guys!
I'm planing a trip somewhere for 3 weeks in January. Where do I go to get consistent winds and loads of flat water? And maybe some nice ladies

Cumbuco/Brazil? It fulfills all your requirements.
www.cumbuco-oceanview.com for example.

Or go to the San Blas Islands Panama, miles and miles of flat butter and 12m. Then head over to Chame for a while on the Pacific side.

Capetown. Great athmosphere, not cowded, loads of different spots and conditions, good party, good food and loads to see in case there is a no wind day.

Penghu, Taiwan.
Check out the wind statistics of the past four years.

WOW guys!
I all looks and sounds amazing! I have been to Cape Town for the last 3 years, december through january and its been awesome, but I want more flat water this time, lagoons and stuff, and a bit weaker wind
Has anyone tried the Philipines?

Am from Cape Town and can recommend Brazil - general Cumbuco and surrounding NE area. I go there every year for 2 months during Cape Town winter and can confirm it ticks all your boxes.
Wind every day but instead of CT 6.0 and 8.0 you will probably use 9.0 and 12.0 - also many flat water options - and NO wetsuit
Not the choice of food or restaurants that you have in CT but that is more than made up for with the night life option that you mentioned
