Dimitri,
Like i've told you before - don't have to satisfy everybody - only your clients. And since you aren't professional and honest enough to do that much, your current clients are dumping you and making sure that people around them get to know
WHY.
Thanks for the words of encouragement about the Naish bar, though let me assure you - If anything - that bar will outlast any Epic bar you can throw at it by reeeeealy long stretch- and that - without having to replace the trimmer after every dozen sessions.
Cheers!

Alexeyga
The only thing you have proven is your consistency to be a knob. I started to listen to your view/problem now it just looks like your a dick/ troll whatever. You just want to sling mud at whatever and don't listen to anything other than your own voice.
I hope you do actually surf but I don't think you do.

Really glad to hear that you're thinking about me Dimitri. Keep up that great customer service of yours and we'll see your range of kites re-marketed by some yahoos under a different brand name a-la-Switch in no time!
BigPaul,
I'm really-really sorry for saying bad things about that favorite brand of yours! I really am! It won't happen again! I promise!!!

C'mon Alex it is time to step away! You have only achieved a negative vibe to your name and I can assure you that most people who have followed your story only see that you have taken this too far. What was the point of the garbage pictures that you posted all over Epics other thread? Outside of a few other hateful posters are you looking to be part of that nonsense? You lost everybody when you became emotional and couldn't stick to the facts (and it is over a buckle that apparently wears out to fast). I still don't see your need to be like this and it appears that you are doing this so that Dimitri hands you over a new bar!! If I was in his shoes I would do the same as he has made all attempts to help you out (outside of giving you a 4G bar)! I am not pro any company (I like to ride different kites as much as I can) nor do I hold any brand loyalty. You have issues with Epic kites....don't ride their kites! Move onto greener pastures and be grateful that you have the economical means to enjoy this sport! Others would love to have that extra disposable income and that my friend is looking at the bigger picture!
James

Yup, that is Epic's customer service attitude.
Well done!
