Hello soul19,
Just got back yesterday on the Outer Banks NC (USA) from Puerto Rico and froze my hands, feet and head while doing a down winder in the ocean on the SURF. So I can't imagine how cold it must be in Northern Ontario.
Hopefully the weather should go back to normal here on the Outer Banks.

wow. Sadly I'm cutting down trees at the cottage - remnants from the ice storm. Was nice of Hydro to call and tell me they disconnected me Dec 28, but are still charging me from then on. Bit of a mess. But best to do it now so I can enjoy more kite time later. Dorcus Bay was locked up on Friday, but after the day yesterday, I suspect that by next week the lake will be open. Mitchells bay - gotta get there soon!

While I pine away waiting to ride, I have to laugh at the picture of Dimitri warming his hands! The fact that you can ride in bare feet means that the water shouldn't be that bad. 30 minutes here and try walking on those feet after. Even with all the cold water gear, getting out of bed the next morning really hurts. I will gladly trade you places....

Having an epic time back in Greece for few days.
This is a kite spot in Lechios near Korinthos 45 minutes from Athens on the SCREAMER 12 kite vs the SURF 8 model.
On my way to the island of Paros tomorrow.
