Dimitri M wrote:Hello Krazedkiter and thank you for your post. The reason Momi and I decided to have the "grey line" rope expose like that is because of few things:

1) Very easy to replace it in case you want to replace it.
2) Very easy to access it in order to customize the length of the depower throw.
3) Stops the cover from going further up then what we want.

Once again thank you for your time and for sharing your post with us.
Thanks Dimitri. I appreciate the explanations and that this shouldn't be an issue. Look forward to using it.

Just discovered a new wave spot in southern Greece Messinia...Koroni vilage.
So many good waves but the washing machine forced me to use the straps to have fun.Kited in the begining with Screamer 9m 4G and then with the Renegade 4G 6,5m.loved them among with the ATV 5,7

Curious to what is happening with the snow kite that was mentioned in the beginning of the 4G thread? Now that winter is starting here in the great white north it seems like a great time to ask! What are the sizes that this kite will be coming in?

James

Also since I am asking about one I figure I may see what is happening with the new Judge kite? Any idea when it is going to be released and what has been updated? Have you gone with a bridle or are you continuing with the same setup that is on the kite now with the ring style sliders? Any different sizes?

SURF 8 & 12 for the waves. RENEGADE 6.5 and 9 for all around kiting. And some times I use my son's JUNIOR PRO 4 when it blows 45+ for the waves.
Just try the EPICKITES and you will see for yourself.

Hello soul19. We are still working on the idea of a Snow Kite. The size we are working on will be 5/10/15 meters and it will be a kite with NO STRUTS and just one BIG INFL/DEFL valve. But again we are still trying to see if it will be a good idea to have such a kite in our product line.
(the picture bellow is the direction we are working on, but again things might change)

Now concerning the new JUDGE kite. We are still working on it but people that have tried our prototype JUDGE 9 kite with bridles loved it. The sizes will still be 6/8/11 meter.

The snow kite does have my interest and I look forward to seeing the progress in its development. Are you hoping to have it available anytime this winter or is this sometime next year? I like the sizes that you have planned and just the light weight aspect of this kite will make it nice to use. The best part is that this would also make a great addition to your lineup for getting travel kites out with how small they pack down.

James

As for the 4G Judge kite I am hoping that you will have more info for it shortly! I am eager to see what you are planning to improve over the first generation Judge and if the bridles will be part of that process. I should have the 3G Judge here shortly and I cannot wait to see how it compares to the 10m Ltd that I already own. I just need to get my hands on a 4G screamer (regular and not the Ltd) and see if I prefer that over the Judge…. great times ahead!!!
