Some retailers have them in WA already, just waiting on a good day to ride them. Look out on the Aussie forum for some input soon I'd say.

More low end power: a 2014 7m has the power of a 2013 8m
Now REO could become interesting for me

How much is this better low end ? Do you think it is possible to use a 12m2 with 12knot wind?

7m 20 knots is average !
7m should start from 18knots already
I almost only use 7m and 5m kite on my wave boards
Only when there is a strong current in the wrong direction and short time interval of the waves (4secs) then i use an old 9m which gets me going a bit earlier (17knots) but has bit more power to overcome the strong current

I had the 12m Reo 2013 and it had tons of range, great low end (grunty if felt, unlike others complaining about no low end), and i took it up to 30 knots no problem ( i am an experienced 90 kg rider). It jumps huge and punchy with the great depower, rips you off the water like older kites.
