I´m thinking of buying one. The plan is to use it with my Mystic spreader bar.

Does anyone have a picture from the frontside of the harness? Well, I can imagine how the spreader bar will be attached but I would like to see it first.

Can´t find decend pictures in the web.

Thanks in advance

Justin,

It is set up like a Dakine Harness. 2 adjustable straps that go into a spreader bar hook on each side. If you can use your spreader bar with a Dakine harness you can use it with a Engine harness

Any durability issues or reviews on these yet? I've had my Pyro about a year and where the straps attach to the harness I'm seen tearing where the spreader bar straps attach to the harness, and I'm not an everyday rider (unfortunately) but do get out as often as I can.

We got ours early this year. Been on a few trips (Cuba and Hatteras) and regular Great Lakes riding. There are no signs of wear. If you read Coleman's story you will understand he is building these because of the failure of the production harnesses he purchased, which he ended up having to repair...
So I personally put a lot of faith in the durability.

Cool! yeah I would've bought one when I learned of Engine, but I had just bought my Pyro. I like and support, at least once, people and businesses that think outside the box, and stride for a better product.

So I'll definitely be trying E out when the time comes to replace my harness, which I fear soon.

Tnx.

thank you Laughingman fo the pictures.

The straps are attached very far on on the back. Is there the risk of a upsliding spreader bar or is it just my impression?
