Heading there in a year to teach at an international school. Have done a few searches on this site and have found dated and limited info on the kite situation there. Was wondering if any one had knowledge of the season, kite size and preferred beaches.
Thanks

IMO Unthinkable / unreasonable due to safety and pollution reasons.
If you have a family, you'd better travel to Benin, Togo or Ghana where the crime rate is not as high.
There used to be this possibility in Lagos a few years ago...
called the Tarkwa/Takua/Taqua Bay mentionned here...

The access is only by boat. So, so long you can let your car in a safe car park ...
