Hey guys,
I would like to know what is the best kite,Ride or Drifter, for wave and freeride?

I am thinking to buy the Ride because of the price but there is a big discount in the Drifter on this website: http://www.kiteboarding.com/proddetail. ... ar&cat=248

So, what is the best thing to do?

Thanks.

I've owned Cabrinha and Epic kites before, but I bought some Naish Rides this year. It's only got 2 struts so it has great low-end and it packs a lot smaller than other kites. They market it as a "sheet in and go" type of kite and I would have to say that's pretty damn accurate. It's very forgiving and stable through gusts and practically never hits the water during crashes. Out of all my kites before (Converts, Renegades) I like my Rides the most.

well I have not ridden the drifter...but I love my rides for the waves. Just note the kite that is comparable to the drifter would be the park...but the ride is very very nice.

Actually it isn't for severalreasons. First of all the guy wasn't asking that. He asked for two specific kites. Second of all the offers he is looking at easily compete with swtich prices...and finally I doubt the has ridden either of them. To be honest I think he is filling the post 2 times a month quota.
