I've flown the 2011, 2012 and 2014 Rallys. Never flew the 2013s but I'm told they are comparable to the 2014s in range, but the 14s fly a little faster (still slower than the 2011/2012) model. So, you probably know better than anyone if you can go to a two kite quiver.peppers wrote:Hi, need some advise from Rally owners.
Thinking of switching to 2 kite quiver of Rallyes. Currently own 12m, 9m, 6m from 2013. Would like to replace 12 and 9 with 10m from 2014. Would 10 & 6 quiver work? Mostly ride waves. My board is 5,9 and I weight 74 kg (163 lbs). Need to cover wind between 13 - 33 knots.
Thanks.
Yeah, that's a good point.knotwindy wrote:seems to me the 10 to 6 gap is too big for waves. If you want to free ride maybe but waves? not likely. Probably better off with 10 - 7 and that is still a big gap in waves. Just my opinion having flown the 2014's a fair amount.
