Hi, I'm looking to get some info, how theese two kites compare in their flying characteristics, especially in 10m size, I know all about the specs and Bar changes through what Airush says and some research but would like to know from someone who flew them back to back or at least has any idea how the handling differs.
I heard that 2013 is way too hardcore from some and I should go for 2012 instead. Anyone?

I have a 2012 VX 12m and a 2013 VX 10m. Not exactly the same but, close.
2012 - better low end for size, it has more of an open "C" shape to it, unhooks very well, stable, good relaunch and fast steering for a 12m. I fly mine on a 45cm bar.

2013 - more C shaped, probably not as good low end as the 2012. It has more of an aggressive profile but is good for anyone.

Both are great for unhooking and jump well. I like the 2013 better but that's just me.
