North rocketfish'08 5.6

Is north r.f. good board for 1-2m waves and choppy conditions with wind 8 m/s and more?
Would it be ok for 73kg rider?
Or better look for 5.9? Or something newer?

Very good high wind board for "strapped" riding, really cuts though the chop. You can ride waves with just about anything, it's all personal preference. The board is strong and can take jumping. If you are riding strapless, then go for a 2013 WAM.

Agree with SC - it works quite well as a "TT" style waveboard.

The first generations of kitewaveboards (like this is) were really small and was like a TT just a small directional instead.

Meaning, it misses the "flow and glide" kitewaveboards has nowadays :(

But it works quite well as a transitional board (going from TT to Waveboards), true :naughty:
