Paint for fins?

My board is all black and the fins transparent, if I fall off (doesn't happen much) in anything more than small chop it can be a real biatch to find. I want to paint the fins and perhaps the handle with something highly visible..... marine paint seems to be something over $100 a gallon which seems a tad steep since I probably only need an espresso cup full.......... I know to clean and key up the surfaces to be painted, but I wonder if anyone else has used more readily available paints for something like this. The board is used mainly in fresh water.

go to a car bodeyshop and ask them kindly to spray some paint on the fins when they treat a red car.
If they are nice they will do it for free.
