Switch has built a comprehensive in-house laboratory in NZ to test all components both individually and as completed products. We are also doing extensive material testing on fabrics (both existing and new,) seam constructions and sewing configurations to insure that Switch kites are of the highest quality and durability.

Yes looks very impressive
you get my vote
How about sudden acceleration loading to represent jump force...
and are those soft bar ends or plastic ?
I honestly doubt some of the major brands would stand up to that test

Are you helping local communities preserve kiting access too?

And just as much engineering goes into the design of their kites.

Here's the new swivel and test. Looks great but I wonder about the narrow design being able to untwist lines under less load on much longer lines making the twist higher and with lless resistance.

Kamikuza - soft ends, cool my next custom bar to replace my moded naish bar
Id really like to see the Naish bar with their flimsy elongated plastic insert bar ends - put under that load test - my one pulled straight through in a wipeout..
