Does somebody know how much does a Reedin supermodel 8 or 9m² weigh? Thanks!
And... any news of the V4? Is possible that in the future this kite moves as the market is doing, to the pulleyless system? F-one and Naish haven't moved yet in this direction and I would like to know the reason. Does it need to much ajustments in the bridles? The kite will not fly good...? Core also hasn't moved yet in that direction. Is it just a trend?
I think the Rebel is similar, where there are sliders in the bridle but they only engage when you go to single line safety. Normally they are backed against the stops and the bridle is effectively fixed.

Bridles are there fore a reason and help to best position the kite. Fixed bridles does add to reaction in steering but also takes away some power of getting big air. So it's all a compromise with fixed bridles being the current trend indeed. Semi fixed bridles are then again a compromise between the two. Also the rebel has this now.
Hope this helps: i tested a 12 V3 and a 10 HTF - in the end I bought 12 HTF and 9 V3. Provided I'm far from being an advanced rider, i felt little to no difference between the 2. What impressed me about the 12 V3 and happens with the HTF too, has been the ability to ride easily even on the high end of the wind range. Riding at around 25-30 knots with a 12 with so much ease was really mesmerizing. Seems the HTF turns a tad faster when looping but I haven't tested it as I'm not there yet, ability wise.
Bottom line: if money are a factor, V3 all the way. Otherwise HTF because "why not".
As for the new HyperModel, Langaree itself on a youtube video says it is designed for advanced riders which could benefit from the lighter weight and generally faster loops. All negligible things unless you're a top top rider.
