I can port your code to C or Java if you are willing to share. I have experience with ground up imaging work.

Ok sounds good. Once we get closer to having some hardware ready I will put my matlab code up on some sort of software sharing site like Github and then folks can work from there to make it better.
One could buy the x-io IMU and recreate what I have done, but better to wait till x-io comes up with something a bit more dedicated to using with a go-pro.

Looking at your website - it looks like a person could buy the UM7,attach it to their gopro and make some nice video? Although - the terminology on your website is all foreign to me
So I am not sure how easy it would be to set up. I guess I would need to wait for the dedicated gopro - user friendly version.

Very cool, impressive work and R&D.
Totally on board, where do I pay for a 'plug n play' product?
As I have no technical knowledge I will purchase the product as a end-user. I have 5 GoPro's and every mount known to man
so I would definitely use it. Premiere Pro is what I edit in.

Impressive Peter. I understand quite nothing about the technical questions but as an end user it's a product I will for sure pay for.
Patent the project and try to sell it to GoPro, it's a great chance IMO.
