I'm a local there. Don't expect any wind if at all. (Don't get hopes up if you see any wind on windguru etc) If you are an expert foiler, who can build up own apparent wind, maybe you can survive.
At best in the afternoon you may get thermals up to 10 knots but very gusty. (Expect your kite to keep falling from sky every 5 mins) (even Flite)
(Add swimming lines, tourists, it's very hard to even body drag out of that and you'll also have waves pushing you back to shore.)
TL:Dr not worth taking your kite up there, but if you really want to kite, you can go up to Akyaka

If you were going there closer to Fall in October etc, you may get 1-2 days wind, but in the middle of Summer, it's a dead zone.
Due to Taurus mountains (lining west-to-east), south shores of Turkey are no-wind zone, but west shores (Bodrum, Izmir) are super windy.
