TAM - direct flight Miami to Fortaleza?

I just heard that from April 1st on TAM is going to fly directly from Miami to Fortaleza, without stopping in between.
Does anyone know more if true?

They are starting this month a Miami-Belém twice a week. Belém is just 2 hours from Fortaleza, with plenty of Belem->Fortaleza Flights a day.

Hey Toby,
Can't find the direct flight Miami-Fortaleza on kayak.com or google.com/flights.
There are direct flights Miami-Belem every sunday and wednesday, and then Fortaleza in less than 10 hrs...
Did you find it?

the article was posted beginning of this month mentioning that within 2 weeks prices and timetable will be available. By now nothing .......
The flights are still gossip and nothing is confirmed . "Will be...." in Brazil has aprox. 50% chance to happen ....
Attention also that already numerous travellers booked direct flights and they where not "real" direct flights ... they just land and you´re simply not leaving the plane .... happened various times from Europe to Fortaleza ...with an extra trip to Natal or Salvador..... that was not written on the ticket....!!!!
On the TAM site it seems it´s impossible to search for direct flights .... best connection so far via BEL (Belem) duration 9.33 h flight .
