I prefer a combination of wave riding then jumping on the way back out. Not much in kiting is more satisfying than sticking a big strapless air. :cool2:

Bille. 12 foot boost on choppy lake from a legless dude is indeed worthy.
Yeah down under. Most round here are dedicated wave riders who dont boost. But certainly some that do and its a worthy spectacle. When the wind is up and they boosting off sweet waves.

That is what got me hooked with that sport, love a nice boosting session. And when the wind is not enough for doing big air I have as much fun with my strapless surf.

Got some big ones today! Still makes me happy every time. Sometimes I catch myself saying "fu#$ ya" while in the air. The big smiles come when I happen to catch a gust and go even higher then look down. Oh yeah!

oh yea, there is something special about looking back at the lip where you took off and seeing it getting smaller and then floating quietly and sticking a smooth landing on the next wave that is THE best.

Yep, that's why I picked that name all those years ago! I'll leave the Mobes, handlepasses, etc...to others. I like to go so big I scare myself. I got a few jumps last year while Tropical Storm Ike was passing us by...40+ over 2 feet of water and realized I would probably die if I crashed from up there. :o Then, immediately do it again after landing. :naughty:
