Are you bringing gear and how many people?
There are tons of choices. The less people and gear you have, then maybe a hotel or small condo at one of the kite resorts works. The more gear and people, then look into renting a house. Tons of options, but it's getting to crunch time.
Kite Resorts:

Houses:

Good luck.
