My harness strap stitching busted clean off after a jump last week which was interesting...landed fine but was just basically in an unhooked bar position arm fully extended. I'm 10 months into the harness so I should be getting a replacement, it's just taking longer than I want.
I'm looking at some cheap harnesses for around $80 as a replacement to keep as backup, specially for car trips so my sesh isn't cut short like my last was. Do you all keep a backup?

Now I keep a board short harness as backup in case I bruise my ribs. It's also useful as backup in case you break harness I guess.

Same with me, I keep a backup shorts harness for rib damage and if I am just going to boost for a session. Easy and fairly cheap session insurance.
