I just read on the German forum that some riders got injured:
Jesse Richman: broke something, and soemthing on his back
Tom Hebert: was about to get unconscious, not sure what he has
Oswald Smith: cannot move his head left and right
Any updates of actual injuries would be good to hear, hoping for not that severe injuries.
Thumbs up guys! Get well soon!

Update from Jesse: "Funny when you find yourself in those situations when all you can do is clinch and brace for impact.... Today that did not work out so well for me. After awesome help from an amazing support crew I got one broken leg and some pretty messed up ligaments... Will know more soon but doing good now. Thanks everyone for all the support!!! And good job to the new King of the Air @Kevin Langeree...... Shawn you are the man!!!"

Update from Tom Hebert: he hurt his back, but just a muscle issue. Nothing broken!
Wishing a speedy recovery!

Do we have any videos of the wrecks? I saw Tom's crash posted and it looked painful.

Coincidently I happened to visit the surgeon yesterday who attended to Jesse and apparently the one leg is broken and the other one has the busted knee, so he is going to be pretty immobile for a while

Damn, that's a serious injury then.
Hoping it is not too bad with the knee.

I hope Jesse gets better soon. His riding style embodies what modern freestyle kiteboarding should be.
