I think the launch hook needs some more thought.
Once the kite gets away it will bend the eyehook flat and your stuffed.
You might want to weld the hook down and outfit it with a biner.
Where is your patent?

I don't get this. How is it a lock and what does it lock?
Can't someone just unscrew this and off they go with the locked items?
Kudos for creating a new product, but not sure if it solves the problem.

Not sure this is how it works but how I think it works is the lock makes the tee handle spin, so once it's in the ground you lock it and then you cannot unspin it without the key. Suppose you could just pull it out.....
