Everyone banging on about mowing the lawn in a straight line in little wind...yeh no shit that thin blade is gonna do that and more!!!
I always think it's funny when one guy is out in super light wind (6-8kt for example) and everyone is insulting him for mowing the lawn and not doing anything......then the wind picks up 2kts and they all get out and mow the lawn in a straight line.
Curious how low the Chrono 18 will go.

Some kite so they can ride a board, some ride a board so they can fly a kite.
I look forward to trying one for myself.

Nah you got me wrong, obviously the low end of this kite will be the focus for sure, but I'm glad other aspects of the kite are being looked at that's all.

Tone has a habit of taking the speed 15 out in 20 knts plus and going rather large.......so I think he'd like to compare this as well.

I weighed my lotus 12m kite only and was 2.3 kgs. I believe my ozone edge 17m was 2.74 kgs. I need to confirm though. So seems not much difference in kites. I'll be picking up and flying my Chrono 18 in 4 and a half hours. Woke up early excited just like a kid on Christmas.

hmm, my 15m Lotus is 2kg.
Also a 15m Edge is 3.9kg, not sure the weight of a 17m Edge.
