So this is 4-8 knots?
Sales propaganda
Looking at the sea my wind meter would read 8- 12 knots for sure.

Okinawa Kiter wrote:Type in NICEKITEBOARDING CHRONO on YouTube. A guy is using an 18m in 4-8 knots and ripping for a beginner. What I noticed is it turns pretty fast for a 18m in those light winds plus board speed looks fast. Also boosting pretty high for a beginner. Probably could get a lot higher. All things that make light wind kiting a whole lot more fun for me!
This is not a beginners kite! Ozone make that quite clear
I have ridden the 15 chrono in avg 8 knots and it completely blew me away. Smooth power delivery, effortless glides, rather than jumps. The landings are gentle. More a flying feeling than a kite feeling.
Have ordered one as its going to revolutionise my low wind kiting days.

I meant beginner using the kite as he wasn't landing his jumps very well. Sorry for the confusion. I ordered an 18 today get it on Friday. Btw does anyone know if the race bar has more depower? It looks like it has a fair bit of extra above the cleat.

Got a whole bunch of tests planned for the weekend.
We have 14-16 mph forecast for Saturday and 10-12 for Sunday.
Going to try and measure static pull and will do a few comparisons on jumping height and stability.
Should be good!

What size ya got tone??
Great aspects to measure by the way....waiting eagerly to hear your results.
Everyone banging on about mowing the lawn in a straight line in little wind...yeh no shit that thin blade is gonna do that and more!!!
Time to explore its limitations I say! Because I reckon even the free riders in us are frothing at the moment...

It's a 15m.
Have a Speed 4 15m Lotus and Speed 3.5 15m to compare against, not that they are that much different!
Go pro is charged and ready!

I'm betting my left nut that this is a game changer for light wind. Friday will tell for me.
