Need Seal Replacement advice for OR Pyro

I am sure this subject has been discussed before, but I am hoping to get some updated input.
I have an older Ocean Rodeo Pyro Pro suit. Other than the seals the suit is still in excellent condition. All of the latex seals are completely shot. I have repaired them as much as possible, but now they have basically rotted all the way to where they are attached to the suit.
I sent the suit to a drysuit repair shop in Maine last year who said they did not have the ability to repair the suit due to the manner of construction (something unique about the OR suits I guess). I have heard this from other drysuit repair shops as well...so this is rather frustrating of course.
I would also like to put in neoprene wrist and neck seals, and keep latex for the ankle seals.
I would appreciate any input/names of shops that can do such a replacement/repair (based in USA for shipping purposes), or if anyone has done this with their suit and had good results or not.
thanks
ps...the reason I want to use neoprene wrist and neck seal is that these seals seem to deteriorate the fastest. Since the suit is never really immersed in more than a few feet of water I think the neoprene seals will be adequate (and they use neoprene on other drysuits)...so I am hoping to find a solution that gives better life-cycle, and easier to care for . I probably only have a need to use the suit 15 times/year (when it is super cold) and I prefer to use my 6/5/4 hooded neoprene suit when it is above 40F.
