I have both 12 and 15 Chrono's and 15 has seen more air time with light winter winds, but I see my 12 as my go to foil kite. If I had to choose, with foil board I would choose the 12, and without a foil board, I would choose the 15.

I've had all size of Flysurfers over the years and the 12m was always the "sweet" size.

Hi. Yes the 12 Lotus is a very nice kite but for light wind days (under 9 Knots) I've found the 15 better especially when I ride a big twin tip (Flydoor L or Flyrace) or a freerace board (Flyboards Razor). And yes, the 12 is faster in the flight window but the 15 obviously has more static pull. Nevertheless the 12 Lotus is one of the best kite I've ever had. Unfortunately I haven't tried the new 9 and 10 Lotus yet.
