New Cabs have a lot less bar pressure. Nash Park has almost none.

It had bar pressure that was no less than brutal.
I cured it permanently with six months of exercise and a $20 blue Theraband.
Here is the equipment and the exercise that worked for me.
You could add ice and ibuprofen, depending on your disability.

Get well soon, WW.
Which color do (did) you use?

I cured it permanently with six months of exercise and a $20 blue Theraband.
Theraband FlexBar comes in only yellow, red, green, and blue. The blue is listed as heavy and I was reluctant to select it. But I am a fit 180 pounds 75 kilos and it was a good resistance for me. If you are more seriously injured or a smaller person you will want to go a bit lighter. Note that you will be twisting the bar, and the forces listed are for bending it in half.
•
Thera-Band FlexBar is 12" long and is made from dry natural rubber in 4 progressive resistance levels to match user capability.
•The Yellow Thera-Band FlexBar takes 6 lb. of force to bend to a u-shape, Red 10 lb., Green 15 lb., and Blue 25 lb.

I got the TE after one season so bad I couldn't lift a beer. I learned if you ride with one of those elbow braces or straps (whatever you call them) it really helps. I still fly the Bandit which really has a lot of bar pressure , but don't mind anymore as long as I wear that elbow strap. I used to wear it outside my wetsuit , but sometimes it would come off when I wiped out , so I started wearing it under and so far no problems anymore. Stretching definitely helps....

I'm having the same problems, feels like tennis elbow with my 12m takoon reflex….love the kite to bits but the bar pressure is just killing me and its a lot lighter than my old slingshot td's.
Thinking about the bandit 5 in 12 or slingshot rally……
im tired of being wrecked after each 2 hour session….with my old rev 2 15m i can stay out for hours without pain also my 9 m gaastra jekyll has really low bar pressure…..hmm
