I am planning few months trip from mid July. Though to stay a few weeks in each destination and then to move on.
What are the recomnded destinations for this time of the year and what are the est cost for the stay. Ii am a begginer so the place should be begginer friendly.thoughof centeral America.
will also like to get transportation tips etc.

July is the start of the windy season in Brazil.
Wind every day, beginners paradise with lagoons and ocean.

Prices are fine, lots of places to stay along the coast.

I thought to maybe start in a different ddestination maybe the carebeen (cabarete, aruba), or central America and then move to Brazil.
What do you think wtll be the correct order of destinations according to the time of the year.
Do you have tips for this sort of trip like transportation, how many kites and in which size to bring etc.

also what would be the est cost for the cheaps accomendation in cumbucu and in cabarete and what would it be (apartment/posada) ?
in addition i was looking at flights from puerto plata to fortaleza and the prices looking extreamly high (2,000$) does is there a cheaper way to reach the cumbuco from cabarete?
