So just got back from my last session on my trusted Best HP 12m which I love, but it was getting worn and ripped beyond repair. I don't think Best makes these anymore (why?) so not sure if I will stick with them. I am looking for a high aspect 12m kite with maximum boost and hang time. I am on a twin tip and into old school big air tricks, so not interested surf style kites. I like Best, but have owned most brands out there at some point so not brand loyal, advice please...Toby, if you are out there I have similar style as you (although not as good) so what do you think?

I just got back from Hatteras and had 2 weeks on my new epic screamers 10 and 14. I demoed them first and I was really impressed with the jumping and hangtime. So I bought them. They turn really quick as well and even old guy me can do heli-loops on the 14. I came from Royal Era's and the screamers have a lot less bar pressure but not too light IMO. The build quality is top notch for sure. The new bar and it;'s new c-loop should also be on your list. The 14 will really put you up there even in 15knots. I never had the 10 lit to see it's upper end but in 20 the jumps were already really really floaty. One of the very noticeable things with these kites is how smooth the power delivery is right to the end of depower and through the turns super smooth and no stalling.
The kites also came with 2nd small red bag to really pack small for travel. Also a good repair kit, pump, spare inflate and deflate as well a tshirt.
Get a demo if you can but be prepared to pull out your credit card...LOL
I even got a free 1 hour lesson from Dimitri on looping.
Cheers
Stan
PS you can see a lot of details about the kites on Dimitris vimeo channel.
