With all the talk about Ozone not caring about it's customers I was wondering which brands care enough to have a presence on this forum? And actually solve problems? I wonder if the heads of the kite companies tell their "crew" to keep tabs on the general "word on the street"?
For example I have found that Dan-at-North jumps in to deal with North issues.
Also Dimitri M jumps in to handle any Epic issues.
Cab Driver I think has chimed in for Cabrinha.
I definitely want to deal with companies who communicate with it's customers. Granted I know the dealer is the 1st GoTo but it's nice when the company will talk to you even when you've got a used kite or some dumb question...

It is great for customers if represents are checking the forums and help wherever they can.
That is very good customer service and makes people happy. Plus for future customers it is good advertising to invest in the right product.
Thx for any brand that is taking care of their customers with their presence!

100% agree!!!
I would rather buy my kites from someone that I can talk one on one with and I know is there when I have any issues.
That's who I buy kites from.

I just got on here to speak for my business. As a owner of an online shop and school I find it important to keep tabs on what the "people" want. I really pride myself as being the most honest guy in the business. I have also had many issues with different companies in the past and have learned a lot from trial by error. Like we get more flies with sugar then vinegar. So I want to be helpful to my customers in any way I can...

Ian you're attitude is sooo essential in the success of any business. Good for you!
I find it missing more often than not in the board sports like kiteboarding and windsurfing.
