I just returned from an outstanding dealer meeting in West End, Grand Bahama Island in great winds with tons of excellent 2015 gear. The official roll out of the new gear isn't for a while yet so we need to be careful about what imagery and details are posted before that time. I am working on a write up at present though and will upload it soon with imagery from the islands.

As an after thought, I wanted to post something here that has almost nothing to do with kiting.
It is a piece I put together just before the dealer meeting:
"The Original Bahamian Bootleggers."
(CLICK text to see article)
Given that the title of the Cabrinha meeting this year was "Bootleggers Bash," it seemed appropriate
to pass along some stories from the wild days of Prohibition gone by.

Looking at the wingtips they prob just changed the color of the kite and bar sayimg its faster and more powerful on aug 1, or they can do what they did in 2013 and make it a worse kite, closeout 2014 is where its at!

OK, I'll bite since the B/W overhead shot by Rick was obviously approved to be published
I count 3 struts on a kite with curvy tips.
Curvy tips rule out the Vector or Drifter shapes...so, must be a 3-strut Switchblade.
Is that the big secret?

do you mean the kite where the camera was attached?
Not a switchblade... you can see the "air collection logo"... so its the new Contra...
(I guess)

Heinz,
Yup, I was referring to the picture from the camera that is attached to the center strut looking down at the beach (in B/W).
I stand corrected. Now that you point that out, yes, that triangle logo, and the A on the far right would match up with "CONTRA"
